I’ve already registered for the conference. What do I need to do to make sure I’m in?
You’re all set. You'll get an email from our team with information regarding how to log in to our experiential platform the week of the conference. If you're unsure about your ticket level (General or VIP) you can email email@example.com.
Now that ISC 2020 is experiential, am I getting less than if it were live?
You’re getting MORE! Because more people can now attend this Experiential Conference, you’ll experience more networking, more exposure to your book and business, and a bigger reach around the world. Plus, we've invested significant time and resources in the latest technology, the most talented production professionals, and a conference team dedicated to serving you. What happens to the hotel room I already reserved?
According to Hilton International, you will be receiving a refund for your room. Please contact the hotel to receive your refund: (614) 885-1600. Also, please be patient in the process. They will help you.
As an AAE author, will I still get to have my Red Carpet Session?
Yes, and you will get substantially more exposure than you would have received at the live event for several reasons. You will be able to submit your 90-second video in advance and have it featured on the Igniting Souls Conference website page beginning September 1, 2020. You, along with hundreds of other authors, can direct friends and family to view your speech and click your book link from this page. Red Carpet Session speaking opportunities are designed for Author Academy Elite authors who are registered for ISC 2020 IF they have not spoken on a particular book at a Red Carpet Session in the past.
Will we get to sell books in the ISC bookstore?
Yes! Your book and links to it via online bookstore(s) (example: Amazon, Barnes & Noble) will be featured on the ISC bookstore webpage beginning September 1, 2020. You'll receive details via email regarding submission requirements. This opportunity is available for all Author Academy Elite authors who are registered for ISC 2020. We take 0% of your profits. In fact, we're investing up to 30,000 dollars to reimburse every attendee who purchases your books. (See below for more details).
What if I have a ticket but am unable to attend this life-changing event?

Will we have “table time”?
Yes! Table time is an attendee favorite, and our team has creatively designed a way to have an experiential table time as part of the virtual conference. You're going to love this! You can choose which group you'd like to participate in based upon geography, interests, or both. Feel free to mix it up and pop into several groups—social butterflies allowed.
What if I am not good with technology, should I still attend the experiential conference?
Absolutely! Our entire team is committed to helping you engage in this life-changing event. We don't want anyone to miss out. We will have a pre-conference training and help desk dedicated to making sure you are all set for ISC 2020.
What is the schedule?
How can my family and friends watch the Author Academy Awards?
This part of the conference will be a public livestream on the Kary Oberbrunner Facebook page and will be available to everyone you want to invite. This is a great way to share the experience with your friends and family.
If my friends or family want to attend the Igniting Souls Conference, do we each need a ticket?
Yes. Each person needs his or her own ticket in order to fully participate in the experience, with its bonuses and special event packages. We issue a special login and password to each person who registers. As you can imagine, ISC 2020 requires significant time, resources, and people to operate. Please honor yourself, your fellow attendees, and our team by purchasing your own ticket. We encourage attendees to use their affiliate link and receive a commission when inviting others to the conference (see affiliate page for more details). If you would like to purchase tickets for five or more people please contact email@example.com for group pricing.
Will you mail my Author Academy Award if I win?
Yes! It will give us great pleasure to do so!
What are the technical requirements needed to participate?
You’ll need an internet connection, a web browser (we recommend Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari), and a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Can I gather with other Igniters in person to view the conference?
Yes, some Igniting Souls Chapter Leaders are planning exciting fun for those in their respective areas who want to attend live and in small groups. You can participate in the event from the comfort of your own home or join with others in your local area. If you need more information regarding Igniting Souls Chapters available in your area, please visit this page or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Who attends this event?
Attendees are a diversified group, from many different areas and occupations. Corporate executives, business owners, university leaders, authors, coaches, entrepreneurs, ministry personnel, teachers, personal trainers, and public speakers are just a few examples.
Will the conference recordings be available after the conference ends?
At this point, we cannot guarantee recordings will be available. Our technical team is still working to make a determination.
Can I still upgrade to VIP?

Will we meet in several different groups during the course of the conference (Igniting Souls Chapters, fiction authors, etc.)?
Yes. There are many opportunities for connection via table times, networking, chats, and breakouts. You can choose which group you'd like to participate in based upon geography, interests, or both. Feel free to mix it up and pop into several groups—social butterflies allowed.
Will there be built-in breaks?
Yes. We will have an agenda that includes breaks and times for meals, similar to the live conference schedule.
If I am in a different timezone, will there be accommodations for me, so I can watch during local daylight hours?
Of course! We love our attendees from everywhere in the world. If you need to watch a session at a time that's more convenient during the conference, then we will make accommodations for you to do so.
Will there be a conference app?
We're integrating an exclusive platform for all conference attendees. This platform will allow people to connect, network, and add value to one another.
What will the format be for Spark Day?
