I’ve already registered for the conference. What do I need to do to make sure I’m in?

You’re all set. You'll get an email from our team with information regarding next steps whether you are virtual or in-person. If you're unsure about your ticket level or to upgrade you can email support@ignitingsouls.com.

I'm on the fence on whether I want to attend in person or virtually. Should I wait to buy my ticket?

Buy your ticket now to secure a spot. We will send a confirmation form, and you'll be able to make your final decision about attending in-person or online by September 1, 2022.

How do I get set up on the virtual platform prior to the event?

You will receive your log in information via email in the Fall a few weeks prior to the event. We will also have a practice session allowing you a time to get on the platform and set up your avatar prior to the event.

Will the virtual platform work on a mobile device?

For the conference, you will want to be on a computer or laptop. The virtual platform will work on a tablet, but is limited. (Mobile is not recommended.)

Will I need to have my camera on during table time? How should I be dressed?

Dress however you feel best represents your brand. We recommend good lighting and a quiet environment. This is your time to shine in a global networking platform. (Tip: Kids and animals in the background can often create a distracting environment.)

Are on-site and online tickets for ISC 2022 the same price?

Yes. ISC is an experiential event. Whether you attend on-site or online, we’re committed to creating the best possible event. To do so, we utilize skilled professionals, interactive technology, and conference swag. If you attend online, your conference gift box will be mailed to you.

When should I reserve my hotel room?

We recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible.  Hotel details can be found here.

What if I have a ticket but am unable to attend this life-changing event?

Please read our conference policies. If you still have questions, please email support@igntingsouls.com, and our team will be glad to answer your questions.

Will we have “table time”?

Yes! Table time is an attendee favorite, and our team has creatively designed a way to have an table time as part of the conference for both virtual and in-person attendees. Feel free to mix it up and pop into several groups just like the people in-person can move around the room the virtual attendees can double click any table that has open seats—social butterflies allowed. Remember, just like in-person, table time happens at varies points throughout the conference. From the virtual conference platform, you'll only be able to chat with your table when there is not a presenter on stage. Of course, the online chat feature will be available.

What if I am not good with technology, should I still attend the conference in-person or virtually?

Either way, our entire team is committed to helping you engage in this life-changing event. We don't want anyone to miss out. We will have a pre-conference training and a help desk dedicated to making sure you are all set for ISC 2022.

If my friends or family want to attend the Igniting Souls Conference, do we each need a ticket?

Yes. Each person needs his or her own ticket in order to fully participate in the experience whether on the virtual platform or in-person. With the bonuses and special event packages they won't want to miss out. We issue a special login to each person who registers. As you can imagine, ISC 2022 requires significant time, resources, and people to operate. Please honor yourself, your fellow attendees, and our team by purchasing your own ticket. We encourage attendees to use their affiliate link and receive a commission when inviting others to the conference (see affiliate page for more details). If you would like to purchase tickets for five or more people please contact support@ignitingsouls.com for group pricing.

What are the technical requirements needed to participate?

You’ll need an internet connection, a web browser (we recommend Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari), and a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Can I gather with other Igniters in person to view the conference?

Yes, some Igniting Souls Chapter Leaders are planning exciting fun for those in their respective areas who want to attend live and in small groups. You can participate in the event from the comfort of your own home or join with others in your local area. If you need more information regarding Igniting Souls Chapters available in your area, please visit this page or email support@ignitingsouls.com.

Who attends this event?

Attendees are a diversified group, from many different areas and occupations. Corporate executives, business owners, university leaders, writers, authors, coaches, entrepreneurs, ministry personnel, teachers, personal trainers, social media influencers, and public speakers are just a few examples.

Will the conference recordings be available after the conference ends?

While there is no guarantee recordings will be available, our technical team will do its best to make appropriate sessions available to paid ticket holders.

Can I still upgrade to VIP?

We get it. You want MORE. If you have a general ticket and don't want to miss out on any of the fun, value, and bonuses, please email support@ignitingsouls.com for the special upgrade link.

Will there be built-in breaks?

Yes. We will have an agenda that includes breaks and times for meals, similar to the live conference schedule.

If I am in a different timezone, will there be accommodations for me, so I can watch during local daylight hours?

Of course! We love our attendees from everywhere in the world. If you need to watch a session at a time that's more convenient during the conference, then we will make accommodations for you to do so.

What should I wear if I'm in-person?

Wear what you are comfortable in but is still professionally representing your brand. You will have an opportunity to meet a variety of people. We've seen business and writing collaborations form as a result of ISC. Dress for success.
