Please note: The group rate requires a three night minimum stay, with a one night deposit required at time of booking. The cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival. Within the 60 days prior to arrival, the one night deposit is non-refundable. If canceled within 7 days prior to arrival, a two night penalty applies.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE
Flying into Columbus? Need transportation to the hotel?
Hotel shuttles currently are not utilized due to COVID-19 restrictions. Prior to your trip, please confirm with the Hilton regarding complimentary airport shuttle availability for conference attendees. If the shuttles are back in use by October, simply contact the hotel with your flight information ahead of time, and they will schedule your pickup FREE of charge!
We suggest contacting Hilton at (614) 885-1600 the week before arrival due to the number of flights and conference guests.
If shuttles are unavailable, you can catch a taxi from the airport or arrange for an Uber or Lyft through the Uber and Lyft apps.
